68 officers pass out from INS Shivaji on completion of marine engg course

A total of 52 officers, including three from the Indian Coast Guards, and 16 from friendly foreign navies passed out from the INS Shivaji at Lonavla on Saturday on successful completion of 79 weeks of Marine Engineering Specialisation Course (MESC).
