Agri sector neglected after economic reforms: NITI Aayog member

Prof Ramesh Chand, member NITI Aayog and Fifteenth Finance Commission, government of India (GoI), on Tuesday said that the transformation in the agriculture sector is not taking place because of the institutional bottlenecks in the import of inputs and technology for the farm sector.
