EVM-VVPAT मिलान पर चुनाव आयोग बोला- 5 दिन लेट होंगे लोकसभा चुनाव के नतीजे

चुनाव आयोग ने शुक्रवार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट को बताया कि 21 विपक्षी राजनीतिक दलों द्वारा मांग की गई VVPAT पर्चियों के EVM से मिलान से आम चुनाव के परिणामों की घोषणा में 5 दिन की देरी हो सकती है। चुनाव आयोग ने इसकी व्यवहारिकता पर भी सवाल उठाते हुए कहा है कि इसके लिए न सिर्फ बड़ी तादाद में सक्षम स्टाफ की जरूरत होगी, बल्कि बहुत बड़े काउंटिंग हॉल्स की भी जरूरत होगी जिनकी कई राज्यों में पहले से ही कमी है।
