HPSC paper leak: Rohtak resident Satish Rathi turned out to be mastermind

Investigations into paper leak case of written test for Naib Tehsildars revealed that the Satish Rathi, a resident of Rohtak whose name had cropped up in few more cases has turned out to be the mastermind of this racket.
