नई शिक्षा नीति के तहत तकनीकी संस्थानों में भी कला और मानविकी के विषयों की पढ़ाई हो सकेगी। इसके साथ ही देश के सभी कॉलेजों में संगीत, थिएटर जैसे कला के विषयों के लिए अलग विभाग स्थापित किए जाएंगे।
