उद्घाटन के समय नहीं मिली कैंची, तेलंगाना के सीएम KCR ने हाथ से ही तोड़ा रिबन

तेलंगाना के मुख्यमंत्री के. चंद्रशेखर राव रविवार को राजन्ना सिरसिला जिले में एक उद्घाटन कार्यक्रम में गए हुए थे। बतौर विशिष्ट अतिथि पहुंचे केसीआर को उद्घाटन के लिए कैंची नहीं मिली, जिसके बाद उन्होंने हाथ से ही रिबन को तोड़ दिया। वह जिले के थंगलापल्ली मंडल के मेडिपल्ली में पहुंचे थे।
