Govt allows Gujarat schools to change timings due to cold wave

The Gujarat state government has allowed schools to change their timings as they please, due to the cold weather. The schools are not allowed to insist on students wearing only woollens as part of their uniforms, and are allowed to wear any other winter clothes that are not part of their uniforms.
