Y-20 Pre-event Seminar 2023: Nature is God, God is Nature; says Padma Shri Jadav Payeng

Jadav Payeng, a Forest Man of India, spoke at a seminar on climate change and disaster risk reduction at Nowgong College (Autonomous) on Thursday. He urged that concepts like environment, its protection, climate change, and its dubious impacts on the earth, pollution, scarcity of various resources, sustainability, and so on related to the health of Mother Earth need to be introduced to students through their textbooks right from their school days in India.
