Over 16K govt teachers' in UP benefit from inter-district transfers

In Uttar Pradesh, over 16,600 primary and upper primary teachers from state-run schools were transferred to their home or preferred districts. The government received 45,914 transfer applications through an online portal, and after verification and assessment of points earned by the teachers, a list of 16,614 names was announced.
