Uttarakhand HC stays Lower PCS recruitment process amid reservation challenge

The Uttarakhand high court has issued a stay on the recruitment process for 190 Lower Provincial Civil Services (PCS) positions. The court responded to a petition challenging the surrender of six reserved posts for candidates with disabilities. The process will remain on hold until the government responds within three weeks.
