The CMD of the National Research Development Corporation (NRDC), Amit Rastogi, proposed that the responsibility of startup mentoring be given to the NRDC in Andhra Pradesh. This was said during the NRDC's fourth workshop on intellectual property rights, held in Visakhapatnam.
