Doctors' body calls to reduce NEET PG 2023 qualifying cut-off percentile

The United Doctors Front Association has urged the National Medical Commission and the Government of India to lower the qualifying cut-off percentile for NEET PG 2023 counselling due to a surplus of vacant postgraduate seats. The association contends that unless this change is made, many deserving candidates will be denied the opportunity to pursue postgraduate studies, and a significant number of PG seats may go unused. They emphasize the need for swift action to ensure a well-equipped medical workforce and address the issue of vacant seats.
