HC directs UP govt to consider regularisation of teachers in management colleges

The Allahabad High Court directed the UP government to consider regularising teachers appointed between 1993-1996 in management colleges, setting aside RLCs' orders. Dozens of teachers challenged the committees' decisions, leading to a bench granting three months for fresh orders regarding teachers' services regularisation.
