New School Timings Implemented in Srinagar to Combat Rising Temperatures

Srinagar schools are adjusting their schedules! Starting May 6th, classes will begin at 8:30 am and end at 2:30 pm, a half-hour earlier than before. This change by the Directorate of School Education Kashmir is due to rising temperatures (above 23°C) and longer daylight hours, allowing students to enjoy cooler mornings and make the most of the extended sunlight.
