Supreme Court increases allowance for Manipur UPSC candidates to Rs 3,000

UPSC permits Manipur candidates to change exam centers due to violence. HC allows change as Manipur couldn't open centers in Churachandpur and Kangpokpi. Ethnic clashes, with 160+ deaths, stemmed from including non-tribal Meitei community in Scheduled Tribes post 'Tribal Solidarity March'. Violence erupted in May 2023.
