Arunachal Pradesh Education Minister Proposes Merging Low-Enrolment Schools for Quality Education

Arunachal Pradesh's Education Minister Pasang Dorjee Sona suggests merging state-run schools with low enrolment to tackle issues in public education. During his visit to Yingkiong, he emphasized improving infrastructure and human resources. Over 600 schools have been closed or merged, and there is a notable shortage of trained teachers, particularly in Maths and Science.
