The Gautam Buddh Nagar administration has directed all schools to start classes from 9 am due to severe cold weather. Additionally, schools up to Class 5 must shift to hybrid teaching under GRAP III restrictions amid worsening air quality. Government offices have also been instructed to implement staggered timings to address pollution and adverse meteorological conditions.
