Schools in Gurugram and Faridabad Shift to Hybrid Mode Upto Classes 9 and 11 Amid Surge in Pollution Levels

The Haryana School Education Department has mandated all government and private schools, except for Classes 10 and 12, to adopt hybrid teaching due to worsening air quality in Delhi-NCR. This decision aligns with Stage IV of the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP). Additionally, the Commission for Air Quality Management has instructed schools in Faridabad and Gurugram to conduct online classes where possible, prioritizing student safety while continuing education.
