Supreme court upholds equal education rights: No child, including Rohingya refugees, to face discrimination

The Supreme Court ruled that no child should be discriminated against in education, addressing a plea to grant Rohingya refugees access to public schools and hospitals. The court sought details on their settlement and living conditions in Delhi, emphasising that refugees with UNHCR cards should not be denied services due to the lack of Aadhaar cards.
