CBSE introduces three-language formula and dual-level maths science for Class 9 under NEP

CBSE will implement a new curriculum from 2026–27, introducing the three-language formula from Class 6 and a two-level system for mathematics and science in Class 9. Students will take a mandatory standard exam, with an optional advanced paper assessing higher-order skills. Computational thinking and AI will become compulsory subjects by 2029.
