UPSC CSE and IFS prelims results 2026 out; over 14,000 candidates qualify for mains examinations

UPSC Prelims Results 2026: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the Civil Services Examination (CSE) and Indian Forest Service (IFS) Preliminary Examination 2026 results. A total of 13,343 candidates have qualified for the Civil Services Main Examination against 1,016 vacancies, while 1,046 candidates have been shortlisted for the Indian Forest Service Main Examination against 80 vacancies. Qualified candidates must complete mandatory online formalities through the UPSC portal to generate e-admit cards and participate in the next stage.
