Bihar Board marksheets to replace ‘fail’ with ‘eligible for skills’ to protect students’ morale

The Education Department will also introduce month-long special classes for Matric supplementary candidates. The move comes alongside broader school reforms, including Saturday no-bag days, creative activities and measures to strengthen student support.
