OHRC directs police to register case against pvt college for not issuing final certificates

The Odisha Human Rights Commission (OHRC) has directed the Pahala police station here to register a case against a private college and take appropriate action against the persons of the institute for not issuing final degree certificates and the grade sheets of 438 passed out students of 2018-19 batch.
