MIO: Odisha to provide skilled manpower to world

The state is planning to skill the youths of Odisha keeping the demand of the world in mind. It is the vision of the state, said Odisha chief secretary Suresh Chandra Mahapatra while deliberating in the ‘Make In Odisha’ conclave here on Friday.
